ABOUT THE MEDIATION CENTRE
With more than a hundred years in the business of dispute resolution, the Victorian Bar knows how important the mediation process is. We know you’ve chosen mediation to resolve legal issues before they get to Court. We understand the stresses and strains faced by all parties and the need for confidentiality, space and privacy.
We know you need to focus on reaching common ground. Our set-up and support services allow you to do just that.
We’ve put our experience and knowledge into creating the right space to support parties through mediation, with purpose built rooms and breakouts allowing all parties space for both negotiation and retreat.
The Victorian Bar Mediation Centre is a newly refurbished, well-appointed venue centrally located in Melbourne’s legal precinct. Accommodating four large boardrooms and eight meeting rooms over two floors, the Victorian Bar Mediation Centre is ideal for:
- Business meetings in a neutral,
- Client meetings
- Training sessions
NOT JUST FOR MEDIATIONS
The set up and facilities of the Centre are also ideally suited to off-site client meetings or internal meetings where a neutral or confidential location is desirable. Our video and telephone conferencing facilities make the Centre a perfect choice for interstate or international meetings.
The Centre is equipped with all the facilities required to allow clients to focus on the business of their mediation, arbitration or meeting.
